The name Fíîk-sokë Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Fíîk-sokë Fêqê was founded by Brelè Garèj, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Fíîk-sokë Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Fíîk-sokë Fêqê receives an average of 246 cm/y (96 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Fíîk-sokë Fêqê covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 2194 m (7198 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Fíîk-sokë Fêqê was founded durring the late 14th century in summer of the year 1282, by Brelè Garèj. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Brelè Garèj.
Fíîk-sokë Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fíîk-sokë Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Fíîk-sokë Fêqê is is constructed arround a semi-circular restrictive flagstone mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The frontieer-style defences has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
Fíîk-sokë Fêqê has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Fíîk-sokë Fêqê’s streets. In spite of this, quite a few people can be seen reading and the town has an abundance of libraries. It’s quite clear the community values education.
Civic Infrastructure
Fíîk-sokë Fêqê has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Fíîk-sokë Fêqê.

Fíîk-sokë Fêqê possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Fíîk-sokë Fêqê's grid is powered by a god's will and kindness.
Fíîk-sokë Fêqê's old civil lighting system was converted to Galvanic Lamps recently, and expanded to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.
Fíîk-sokë Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Cultural Notes
Fíîk-sokë Fêqê's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used which employed abundant symbolic geometry, using pure forms such as the circle and square, and plans are based on often symmetrical layouts featuring rectangular courtyards and halls. These structures were is decorated with carved stone or stucco reliefs and made use of colorful stone mosaics..
Due to the actions of local Kami, autumn is long in Fíîk-sokë Fêqê.
The Cloud Dragon, Wyrmling near Fíîk-sokë Fêqê are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Fíîk-sokë Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves long periods of drunkenness to channel Mysticism energies of tier 2 via divine sermons.
